21 - A Fool-Proof Plan

Real life has this way of making me not able to work on this comic as much as I want. Not that I'm really obligated, but still, I enjoy it.

With this, I'm entering into my own arc sort of based off of the Buggy arc. I want to prove to myself that I can do an arc better and more epic then the Buggy arc itself - a sort of "what might Oda do nowadays" sort of thing. I'll try to keep it as short as I can, but knowing me I'm sure it'll go on awhile. I usually just keep getting new ideas and, after awhile, the arc's way longer than I plan it to be. Ah well. We'll see. To put it bluntly, I like changing things up. If I did nothing but a parody of each individual arc almost word by word it would be boring. Do people wanna see the same thing over and over again? Of course not! People wanna experience new things! Of course, after this I intend on going onto Ussop's arc. I'm not gonna do a whole bunch of "new" arcs - don't worry 'bout that. I'm more or less using an arc as a base and putting a new spin on it. For instance (minor spoiler): despite still taking place in Syrup Village, Ussop's arc will have a large tower in it in which some of the plot will unfold. Anywho, I've rambled on enough: enjoy.
